This past Saturday, February the 18th, was the eighth edition of the Brazilian Carnival promoted by Angela Mesquita and Fernanda Cortes in Toronto. The theme for this year was the State of Bahia. The groups invited to liven up the party were Cibelle Iglesias, Salviano Pessoa, Banda Bracatum, Batucada Carioca, The Dance Migration and DJ Simba.
